    Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are formulated in role-based paths to grow a candidate’s skills in accordance with current technical knowledge. Similar to other Microsoft certification ladders, the levels are divided into fundamental, associate, and expert. Higher level of certification hinges on previous certifications (if apply) and existing expertise as prerequisites.


    Microsoft will retire Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals on 30th June 2021. Another two fundamental certifications are introduced in the portfolio – Customer Engagement Apps CRM and Finance and Operation Apps ERP.     Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals Customer Engagement Apps (CRM)

    This certification demonstrated that candidates are able to work with customer engagement apps in Microsoft Dynamics. It also shows basic operational knowledge of Dynamics 365 Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations.

    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals Finance and Operations Apps (ERP)
